MKCS Business Scheduling Intelligence Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how MarkoTek Cloud Solutions processes information when organizations and their users use MKCS Business Scheduling Intelligence.
1. Information processed
Depending on how the customer uses the service, MKCS may process account and identity information, organization and workspace settings, member information, scheduling and appointment data, customer-provided intake information, calendar availability signals, connector metadata and tokens, support records, audit records, billing and subscription metadata, and service telemetry.
2. How information is used
MKCS uses information to authenticate users, isolate customer workspaces, calculate availability, create and manage appointments, route work, connect approved third-party services, process subscriptions, provide support, maintain audit evidence, secure the platform, diagnose failures, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Calendar and connector privacy
MKCS is designed to use connected calendar information for scheduling and availability. Privacy-safe busy signals may be used instead of copying private external event content into the unified scheduling experience. Connector credentials and tokens are restricted to the tenant and provider context for which they were authorized.
4. Sharing and subprocessors
MKCS may transmit information to service providers necessary to deliver requested functionality, such as Microsoft, Google, Stripe, Azure-hosted services, communications providers, or approved video services. Those providers process information under their own terms and applicable agreements. MKCS does not sell customer conversation or scheduling data to advertisers.
5. Security and tenant isolation
MKCS uses authentication, authorization, tenant-scoped storage, encryption controls, audit logging, and operational monitoring intended to protect customer information. No security measure eliminates all risk, and customers remain responsible for their own accounts, devices, administrators, and connected providers.
6. Retention
Information is retained for the period reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and audit evidence, administer billing and support, satisfy contractual commitments, and meet legal obligations. Certain offboarding or deletion timelines may be defined in the product or a customer agreement.
7. Customer responsibilities and choices
Customers control the business information, users, services, connected calendars, and many operational records in their workspace. Requests concerning access, correction, deletion, or other privacy rights may be submitted through the customer organization or MKCS, subject to applicable law and contractual requirements.
8. Policy changes
MKCS may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Material changes may be included in a new legal-bundle acknowledgement.
9. Contact
Privacy questions may be submitted through the authenticated MKCS Support workspace or by email to support@MarkoTekCloudSolutions.com.
