Ownership
MarkoTek Cloud Solutions retains all rights in MKCS Business Scheduling Intelligence and associated MKCS software, interfaces, documentation, product names, logos, visual identity, service marks, trademarks, trade dress, and proprietary technology, except for third-party materials owned by their respective owners.
Permitted references
Customers may identify MKCS as a service they legitimately use. They may not alter MKCS branding, imply endorsement beyond the actual customer relationship, create confusingly similar products or identities, or present themselves as MarkoTek Cloud Solutions or an authorized MKCS reseller, partner, or representative without written authorization.
Fraud, impersonation and counterfeit use
Creating fake MKCS pages, communications, invoices, support channels, credentials, logos, software, customer portals, or other materials intended to deceive users or misrepresent affiliation is prohibited. MKCS may suspend related accounts, preserve relevant evidence, notify affected parties, and pursue available contractual, civil, criminal, intellectual-property, or other legal remedies as appropriate.
Security research and reverse engineering
Security testing, vulnerability research, reverse engineering, or technical analysis of protected MKCS systems is permitted only when expressly authorized in writing or when applicable law creates a non-waivable right. Unauthorized attempts to defeat technical safeguards or access protected systems are prohibited.
Written agreements
Customer-specific order forms, master services agreements, data-processing agreements, statements of work, or other signed agreements may add to or modify these online policies. Signed written terms control where they expressly conflict.
Legal notices and reporting
Legal or brand-abuse notices may be sent to support@MarkoTekCloudSolutions.com. Customers should use the authenticated MKCS Support workspace for ordinary product-support matters.
