Customer sign-in supports verified email and the identity providers configured in MKCS Customer Identity, including Google or Microsoft when enabled. Identity remains independent from calendar choice; calendars are connected after commercial activation.
Existing MKCS customer using Customer Identity for the first time? Verify the same workspace email once; MKCS will reconnect it to the existing workspace. If that email already has an MKCS Customer Identity account, choose Sign in instead on the Microsoft page.
Payment-first activation: the initial $99 monthly subscription payment is required before Enterprise Workspace access is enabled. Unpaid pending enrollment data expires after 48 hours.
